Real estate broker/owner Glenna Gelineau received the Waltham Chamber’s Community Achievement Award during an annual meeting at the Westin on Thursday.
“I accept this award with humility and the knowledge that I am just a minor cog in the Waltham community,” Glenna said.
Mayor McCarthy said Glenna “gives and gives and gives.”
She is involved with many Waltham non-profits (Rotary, Salvation Army, Middlesex Human Service Agency), but prefers to stay behind the scenes, according to fellow Waltham community member and friend Justin Barrett [in photo, rear].
Glenna has sold real estate in her hometown since 1986 and today runs Waltham’s leading independent firm, Gelineau and Associates, which is having an outstanding year. Congrats!
