Curious about what Waltham police officers, firefighters, EMTs and 911 dispatchers do to keep Waltham safe?

On Saturday, August 27, Waltham first responders will be on hand during a fun event on Totten Pond Road, cosponsored by Boston Properties.

 

Along with demonstrations and vehicle tours, the event will include free pizza and ice cream, free bicycle helmets and a bicycle raffle for children.

“This is a great opportunity for the public to get to know their public safety professionals,” said Captain Jeff Rodley, the Community Services Division Commander for Waltham Police.

During the event, all the Prospect Hill Park attractions will be open and accessible to the public including the spray park, carnival rides and playground.
