During a press conference at Waltham Police headquarters on June 8, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan describes the road rage incident on May 27, 2026 that led to the death of Nick Dagostino, 23, of Waltham.

Timothy Scalisi, 31, also of Waltham, was arraigned the same day in Waltham District Court on charges of manslaughter and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury in connection with the fatal assault.

Authorities are still seeking additional witnesses who might have information about the alleged incident.
